Been at least a month since I hiked. I got in three(3) days of nearly non-stop walking at the beginning of May, when I was stranded in Montana, but I have not *hiked* (or walked long distance of any kind) since then. Been letting blisters peel off, letting under skin heal over, and building up some “toughness” (callouses) to the bottom of my feet. Sorry if this all sounds gross.nnBut, I want a hike. Soon. I think I can pull one off at the end of June, and I will aim for that. Small walks in the meantime will suffice, but I want a walk through the woods. To clear my head, make me feel better :)nnjust some thoughts
