up-for-the-day-finally-at-last

Woke up at 5:00 AM – went back to sleepnnWoke up at 8:30 AM – did laundry, and then went back to sleepnnWoke up at 12:30 – stayed awakennIt’s 1:00 PM now, so the day beginsnnI had a can of Mt Dew to start up the day, and now am making coffee, and I *still* await the deposit to hit my card (or, the *refund* to hit my card, I should say) from the Amtrak excursion.nnAnyway, been sitting here for the past several minutes after the previous paragraph, sipping the hell out of coffee and more or less “zoning out”. That’s a good thing about a text editor, it gives me the “permission” to think, to let my mind wander a little bit, to make me feel like I am “doing a thing” without proactively “doing a thing”. As where life’s small interruptions happen elsewhere, when I have a text editor launched, I can always go back to it and have the “free think time” in my sights, so I do not have to go doing something *else*. I do not know if this makes sense to a lot of people? And sometimes, the text editor is a pain in the butt, for sure. *Too much* “openness”, and freedom of thought, when otherwise I want a “thing to BE a thing”, and for a task to be complete.nnBut, First World Problem(TM), for sure. nnThat’s all for now. I’m caffeinated up, and feel good. So let’s see what comes of the day :)nnback soon
