The icing of the leg last night helped, I think. It feels a *bit* better, and I am glad about that. I have the frozen veggies (that are in a big, plastic freezer bag) back in the freezer to re-freeze and will re-ice the leg a bit later on. Between the 30 minute icing session and now, I slept. Slept well. Feels good.nnNow, it is bright as can be outside for a minute at a time, then a cloud covers the sun, then bright again, wash, rinse, repeat. so, I made coffee on this quasi-bright morning, and just kickstarting the day, basically. Had an organic orange and banana for breakfast. Tasty.nnThis does it for now. Back later.
