I love fruit sugar. Sugar that is naturally occurring and derived from fruit. It's life. The best. But refined, unnatural, garbage junkfood sugar is probably the nastiest, sickening shit ever. I had a Jumbo Honey Bun (Glazed and not Iced, thankfully), and I feel so gd gross.
I can (sometimes) have sugar in regular soda, but when it is in food, I'm sick.
Not to mention the neurotoxin element of it. I feel like I could simultaneously run a quarter marathon and fall asleep, all at the same time. Repugnant shit.
Anyhow, it's 5:00 PM, and I don't think I will want anything to eat for a while.
Bleh!
Sorry for the negativity, but I think a positive mental attitude is nearly impossible while "under the influence" of sugar.
