REAL fast workout

I used the resistance bands, and I did 20 reps, but I did 3 sets of 20, instead of 5 sets of 20, because I haven't used them in a while. Feels good. I also did the standard core-tightening yoga pose I always do afterwards (which I think is providing results :)).

So, that is the workout for the night. Still a low appetite, though. I had a rich, fluffy pancake for dinner earlier (a couple of hours ago) and that is still holding me over, so...all is good.

No huge updates as of right now. Just a night for a night for a night. I may tune into in a little bit here and see what kind of obscure stations I can pick up. For S&G's.
