I opened the “app drawer” on my phone (do people even use that phrase anymore? Seems like a 2012 term.) and I deleted Altos Adventure. I don’t think I will ever play it again. And then I deleted Firefox Focus, as I just do everything on Firefox. The I deleted Proton Calendar, as I dislike calendar apps and password manager apps. Neither actually SAVE the thing I am wanting/needing to save. nnSo, I started a folder on Standard Notes called PLAIN TEXT CALENDAR, and it is just that – dates/times/details of things that I have to do in the near future, and written in plain text. I took inspiration from the recent Derek Sivers post about plain text (a good idea), and just went with it. nnI have two appointments on there right now – my therapy appt for tomorrow, and [the Remark.as Meetup](https://write.as/tmo/a-remark-as-meetup-is-a-thing-we-should-have), which seems to be happening Sat. June 4 at 1:00 PM CST. That was a time/date that worked best for others, and other people can chime in on Discuss.write.as, too. nnThere are other appts that I need to add to the PTC, so I will add those in a minute. nnFor now, less apps cluttering the phone, and appointments I will not miss :)nnBack soon
