I can tell, just by looking at my leg when I flex the muscle in the shin, that I definitely had/have a pulled muscle that will be slowly healing for a while. I mean, it is 70% better than what it was before, and I can basically walk normal again, but I choose to not run the risk of walking “normal” and then getting myself into a situation that may require (an even momentary) “sprint”, and run the risk of re-injury.nnSo, inside I stay – mostly.nnBut right now, I must check the mail.
