I put frozen veggies in a giant plastic bag, then out on my spandex pants, and have the homemade ice pack on my leg on the OUTSIDE of the pants (so I don’t damage my skin). nnHopefully this viso constricts, or viso compresses (whatever the term is?) the swelling in my shin muscle and I can walk without pain again. nnThe swelling in my foot is still present, but that will go down, too, over time. nnSo I will just keep icing it. I didn’t think I would have to do this, but 10 days in, and it calls for it :/nnI will do this for the majority of the day, I think. Minimal walking around the apartment. All set up in the bedroom for now, and that is A-OK with me. nnHopefully I will be back to hiking next week
