I forget who sings "Just What I Needed" but it was a fun/catchy pop song from the 1980s (I think). And what I am referring to in this case, is sleep. Good, long, restful sleep. Even though I slept on/off for the night and the day, I got probably nine hours, total. My back is feeling better (from having slept on it too much), but as far as mental status, I feel much better. So, sleep is just what I needed.
