I realized, that I have to put my *left* foot/leg forward, and extend my *right* leg (the injured leg) BACK, and *slowly* stretch that set of muscles, and then I can walk somewhat normal again, and have less pain. So, one series of stretches have been done, and I took some Tylenol again (for safe measure and because I want to keep whatever pain/inflammation that is there down to a minimum), and I will do another series of stretches in a little bit here :)nnI will keep this up throughout the night, I think, and hopefully be able to walk *somewhat* normal in the morning.nn
