After a quick workout, I crashed the fxxx out for some reason. I wasn’t even very tired, but I guess my body thought different. So now I made espresso and will keep myself awake to the best of my abilities.nnTo be honest, it *was* the most physical activity I had had since I got the leg injury (on Nov. 1). But I need to keep up with the resistance band exercises, as well as hikes when I am healed a bit more. I also think the sleep was similar to that of a “Power Nap”, because I drank a boatload of caffeine today, probably had more energy than I needed throughout the day, and was just *craving* a crash, haha.nnBut I won’t crash againnnGonna enjoy this espressonnback later
