Seeing as I slept throughout the late-afternoon, I am assuming tonight will be one of those nights where I get a big boost of energy that carries me through to the next morning. At least that is what I am hoping for. nnStill, 4 hrs sleep + 4 hrs sleep w/ 4 hrs in between is not adequate rest, at all. So, I need to get my sleep back on schedule. I sorta blame the bed for this, as I can see how warped it is. Definitely need to get a mattress topper ASAP.nnI don’t have anything else to say. And it’s a bummer when I write out a paragraph (or two) and then just “dry up” like that, nothing to add/take away. But it is what it is.nnBack later
