So, the day was relatively uneventful. I had a great therapy appointment earlier, had a great conversation, and after that it was a lot of watching clips on YouTube of *Family Guy* and *South Park*. More or less keeping my spirits up (*way* up), as some continual laughter and hysterics are exactly what I needed after a “too-long” period of physical pain. I have been watching anything comedy related for the past three days, and just starting my days rolling with laughter. Great way to start the day, indeed.nnNow, it is 66F, and the sliding glass door is wide open, and a slight breeze is coming through the apartment, and I start hot water for coffee. I have not had hot coffee yet today. I started the day with two iced coffees, but hot coffee is what really perks me up, alters brain chemistry, improves my day.nnAhhh, dark, bold, frothy espresso.nnIn regards to SPD, nothing of significance happened. It was a day like any other day. Which is to be expected of a relatively overlooked holiday that even Irish people tend to not celebrate. As I mentioned in a previous blog post, I have no idea what the meaning behind SPD is, and I’m not going to make an effort to find out.nnAnyway, I will be back soon
