The past couple of days, I have been having a shower sitting down, because I was afraid my leg would give out. But it is more reliable today, so I had a standing/regular shower, and the hot water on the flexed shin muscle probably/hopefully helped a bit. Everyone is saying to put heat directly on the injury, and I need to get some Icy Hot and do just that.nnSo, this will happen. Tomorrow.nnFor now, hot coffee. And when Midnight rolls around, more ES Tylenol, as well.nnAlso, been feeling sickly this evening. Like congested, kind of a cough, not to mention the bum ligament.
