I just had a shower and noticed that my right ankle is a bit swollen, so I decided to do the (obvious?) thing and after the shower I elevated my leg so the blood/fluids would go down *into* the leg (and perhaps “rehydrate” the sore part of my shin). It helped the shin a bit. The swelling will go down with these continued exercises, I hope (I am not a physical therapist, so I have no idea), but, I will get the shin back to good shape no matter what :)nnSo, this is a new stretch I will do from now on (the leg-elevated stretch, as I will call it). nnBack later
